One of the main activities of the Koaster Kids charity organization is hosting events at amusement parks that are specifically organized for helping kids learn to face and overcome their fears. We have found that roller coasters, drop towers, and thrill rides provide kids (of all ages) a very safe way to conquer their fears!  We have worked with hundreds of kids, teaching them how to distinguish between things that ARE dangerous, and things that SEEM dangerous. It is an extraordinary thing to see the look of pride and satisfaction on the face of a kid who just pushed themselves out of their comfort zone, and experienced a personal victory in their lives!
